In a groundbreaking development poised to revolutionize global wellness and regenerative medicine, European Wellness Biomedical Group and Jilin Hanxing Group have inked a transformative Strategic Cooperation Agreement. The signing took place during the grand inauguration of European Wellness’ Premier Center in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, on August 22, 2024.

Prof. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mike Chan, Scientist, Founder, and Chairman of European Wellness Biomedical Group, along with Mr. Fang Tie Ji, Chairman of the multi-billion dollar Jilin Hanxing Group from Donggang City, Liaoning Province, China, formalized this pivotal collaboration. The agreement details a joint venture to establish a state-of-the-art Regenerative Medicine and Health Complex in Sanya, Hainan, China. This innovative project will merge “medicine, beauty, and health therapy,” positioning itself as a leading force in the global wellness industry.

Remarkably, the agreement includes provisions for immediate action while the Sanya facility is under construction. Over the next 18 months, Jilin Hanxing Group will facilitate the transfer of Chinese VIP clients to European Wellness’ Premier Center in Kota Kinabalu, allowing these clients to access advanced therapies without delay. This arrangement is expected to drive medical wellness tourism in Sabah while the Sanya complex takes shape.

This not only allows us to provide immediate access to our advanced therapies but also serves as a precursor to the level of care and service that will be available at our future Sanya complex.”
